Worth a read. The bill AB 879 for 2019 is a knockoff and clone of AB 2382 (2018), so AB 879 can be defeated in Senate Appropriations kind of like AB 2382 was.
Worth a shot since the alternative is parts ban. Strategy is covered in above thread.
