H3503 would remove language in current law that bans carrying firearm on college owned property

H3036 would require all parties in a vehicle that has been stopped by police to inform them if they are carrying a firearm

H3009 would drop the fine for carrying in a prohibited place to $200

S0032 is a constitutional carry bill

H3418 would make anyone who has been convicted of a crimepunishable by a maximum term of imprisonment of more than one year a prohibited person

H3060 would allow non-residents to carry firearms in the state

S0333 would legalize the possession of pepper spray for self defense

S0071 would prohibit the transfer of a firearm until the background check has completed no matter how long it might take

S0386 would allow anyone with carry license to carry in schools that are being used by a church for services, the person must also have permission from a church elder

H3392 would remove the yearly tax free second amendment weekend from the tax code

H3096 is a constitutional carry bill

S0070 would create a new section of law relating to civil forfeiture of firearms

S0072 would require a background check to complete prior to the transfer of a firearm

H3061 would allow qualified retired law enforcement to carry firearms with identification

S0044 would make certain protection items tax free once a year, preempt local governments from creating laws regarding firearms and ammunition, allow out of state permits to be honored without reciprocity and much more

H3039 is a constitutional carry bill

H3551 would add knives to list of items local government are prohibited from regulating

H3570 is a new form of extreme risk protection order

S0155 is a constitutional carry bill

H3094 would add open carrying of firearms to current law regarding carrying with a license

H3506 would make it illegal for finance and government agencies to discriminate against firearm and ammunition manufacturers

H3491 would prohibit local governments from regulating gun discharge or brandishment of a firearm

H3012 would exclude any firearm manufactured and kept within the state from federal laws

H3042 would make any firearm laws passed by congress, or executive orders, regarding firearms null and void within the state

S0369 would make any firearm manufactured and kept within the state exempt from federal law

H3499 is an 'assault weapon' and high capacity magazine ban bill

H3157 would allow certain felons to apply to own firearms for hunting purposes only

H3119 would prohibit the use of any state funds to enforce unconstitutional firearm laws

S0051 would remove 'not less than one year' from those convicted of a crime and are prohibited from owning firearms

H3421 would require a background check to be completed before a firearm can be transferred, no matter how long it takes

H3422 would require a background check to complete before the transfer of a firearm and would require background checks at gun shows

S0023 would make it illegal to possess or discharge a firearm of any kind on or within one thousand feet of any property owned or operated by a school or college

H3741 would make any local elected official that votes for a firearm law that is preempted by state law guilty of a felony

S0584 would require all federal firearm laws to be reviewed by the state attorney general and if they are found to be in violation of the constitution no agency or office or state funds may be used to enforce them

S0589 would legalize open carry with a permit

H3936 would outlaw trigger cranks, bump fire stocks and any other device that increase the rate of fire
