HB0042 reduces the penalties for carrying a firearm without a license

HB0731 would allow the state to authorize local government agencies to issue carry permits

SB0900 would allow county clerks to renew firearm licenses

SB1010 is a universal background check bill

HB0279 would require law enforcement to approve NFA requests within 10 days provided the persona is not prohibited

SB0285 would require law enforcement to approve NFA requests within 10 days provided the persona is not prohibited

SB0594 would update the definition of an antique firearm

HB0042 reduces the penalties for carrying a firearm without a license

SB0943 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB1264 would create enhanced carry permits

SB0968 would allow people that sell a firearm to someone who then uses it in a crime to be held civilly liable

HB1476 would make it a crime to leave a firearm or ammunition in a vehicle or boat without it being secured

HB1446 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB1427 is a universal background check bill

SB0446 would prevent local governments from enacting laws regarding shooting ranges

SB0907 would allow local government agencies to issue and renew firearm permits

HB0187 would protect privately owned shooting ranges from laws regulating or banning them

SB0705 would create enhanced handgun carry permits

HB0409 would give civil liability to anyone who threatens or uses force in self defense cases

HB0749 would allow county clerks to issue carry permits

SB1275 would grant criminal and civil immunity to anyone who threatens to use or uses force in self-defense or defense of another from a person who is committing a criminal offense

SB1400 would prohibit public funds being invested in any business that refuses to do business with gun dealers

HB1049 would create extreme risk protection orders

SB1312 would make it a crime to leave a firearm of ammunition in a car or boat in an unsecured fashion

SB1178 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB1041 would prohibit the use of public funds being used in support of any business that declines services to firearm related businesses

HB0712 updates the definition of an antique firearm

SB1722 would repeal current law that allows a carry permit holder to to transport and store firearms in their vehicles while on public and private parking areas
