<p>HB194 would require ATF to report all failed background checks to the department of justice and would then require DOJ to submit a report to congress about how many prosecutions came from those failed checks</p><p>HB545 would prevent members of congress from carrying guns in the capitol</p><p>HB645 would set up grants for schools and specifically states none of the funds may be used for firearm training</p><p>HB647 would make it illegal to sell a long gun to an out of state resident</p><p>SB183 would require all federal law enforcement agencies to pool their information on anyone ever investigated for any type of so-called terrorism. The information would then be transferred to NICs and would require the attorney general to delay the transfer of any firearm to anyone on these lists for 10 days while they apply for an emergency petition from a court to stop the transfer. If the court order is approved the person would then be arrested</p><p>SB190 would require firearms be locked up in homes where children or prohibited persons live</p>
