Title: Relating to the training requirement for a concealed weapons license

Subject: Military Affairs: Weapons

Description: The purpose of this bill is to allow for proof of current military service or honorable discharge by any branch of the United States Military, Reserve, or National Guard as equivalent experience towards completion of the training requirement for a concealed weapons license. The bill also provides for an exemption from payment of fees for these persons.
