Title: An Act Concerning Self-defense And Concerning The Transfer Of Large Capacity Magazines And Assault Weapons.

Description: To (1) clarify provisions concerning the discharge of firearms in the case of self-defense or in lawful defense of another person, including for purposes of regulations concerning hunting, and (2) allow the legal transfer of large capacity magazines possessed under a declaration of possession and assault weapons possessed under a certificate of possession between persons who are legally permitted to possess such magazine or weapon.
