Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-11-126 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to having or carrying handguns, long guns, or other weapons, license requirement, exceptions for homes, motor vehicles, private property, and other locations and conditions, so as to revise the requirements for the reciprocity of recognizing and giving effect to licenses to carry from other states; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
