Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 16-11-129 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to license to carry weapon, temporary renewal permit, and mandamus, so as to provide that all records of the judge of probate court regarding weapons carry licenses shall be confidential and not open to public inspection and shall not be disclosed; to provide for exceptions; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
