Description: A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to prohibit public officers from ordering the enforcement of certain federal acts regarding the right to keep and bear arms; to provide for exceptions; to provide for definitions; to provide for civil and criminal penalties; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
