Title: CRIM CD-WEAPONS-EXEMPT-RIFLE

Description: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that the unlawful use of weapons provision prohibiting a person from possessing certain rifles does not apply to the manufacture or sale of rifles having a barrel of less than 16 inches by a person licensed under federal law to a person authorized under the Code to possess those rifles. Effective immediately.
