Title: CONSUMER FRD-IMITATION FIREARM
Description: Amends the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. Provides that it is an unlawful practice within the meaning of the Act for any person to knowingly sell, give, or deliver within the State, whether in a commercial transaction or private transaction, an imitation firearm to any other person. Defines "imitation firearm".
