Description: An Act To Amend Sections 33-15-11 And 75-24-25, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Define And Authorize The Declaration Of An Abnormal Economic Disruption As Part Of The Emergency Powers Of The Governor, To Prohibit Any Person From Charging Excessive Prices On Goods Or Services During Such An Abnormal Economic Disruption And To Prescribe Criminal Penalties For Violations Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
