Title: Relating to the regulation of firearms by state agencies.
Description: Prohibits state agency from adopting administrative rule or enacting or enforcing employment or personnel policy limiting or prohibiting possession of firearm by concealed handgun licensee. Provides that rule or policy contrary to prohibition is void.
