Description: As introduced, creates the Class B misdemeanor of possessing, with intent to go armed, a large-capacity magazine outside of the person's residence, business, or premises; defines a large-capacity magazine as an ammunition feeding device with capacity to accept more than 10 rounds. - Amends TCA Title 39.
