Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, relative to firearms.
Subject: Criminal Offenses
Description: As introduced, creates the Class D felony employing a firearm during the commission of, attempt to commit, or flight or escape from an offense other than a dangerous felony; requires a person convicted of the offense to be sentenced to a mandatory minimum sentence of five years imprisonment. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
