Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39 and Title 40, relative to criminal justice.

Subject: Correction, Dept. of

Description: As introduced, increases, from within 90 days to within 100 days of receipt by the department of a valid judgment of conviction, the time period within which the department must notify the victim witness coordinator of the county of conviction of the currently scheduled parole hearing date when the inmate will be eligible for parole consideration. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
