Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 54; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13; Title 45 and Title 47, relative to financial transactions involving firearms.

Subject: Banks and Financial Institutions

Description: As introduced, makes it an unfair or deceptive practice under the Consumer Protection Act of 1977 for a financial institution to require a firearms retailer to use firearms-specific transaction codes. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 54; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13; Title 45 and Title 47.
