Title: As enacted, allows the Tennessee POST commission to deny a retired law enforcement officer's application to carry as a law enforcement officer if the retired officer is prohibited from purchasing or possessing a firearm, or obtaining a handgun carry permit, or if the retired officer has certain DUI convictions. - Amends TCA Title 38, Chapter 8, Part 1.
