Title: AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13, relative to firearm safety devices.
Subject: Firearms and Ammunition
Description: As introduced, requires a federally licensed firearm dealer to install a firearm safety device on a firearm before delivering the firearm to a purchaser if the purchaser is not a federally licensed firearm dealer; defines a firearm safety device as a device that, when installed on a firearm, is designed to prevent the firearm from being operated without first deactivating the device. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 13.
