FLOOR AMENDMENT EXPLANATION
1. States that electronic firearm tracking technology does not include any law enforcement database or any similar tracking or information system that is used to manage or process firearms that have been stolen, lost, found, stored or are considered evidentiary.
2. States that it is not unlawful for a probation, parole or surveillance officer to use electronic firearm tracking technology in the performance of supervision duties.
3. Makes technical changes.
