Existing law generally regulates deadly weapons, including firearms. Existing law prohibits certain actions relating to the possession, storage, and carrying of firearms. Existing law also regulates transactions relating to firearms including sales, loans, and transfers.

This bill would express the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to firearms.
