       The Committee on Judiciary (Powell) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (117468) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 106 - 108
    5  and insert:
    6         baggage to be lawfully transported on any aircraft; or
    7         15. Any place where the carrying of firearms is prohibited
    8  by federal law; or
    9         16. Any tax collector office.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete line 393
   14  and insert:
   15         instructions; prohibiting a licensee from openly
   16         carrying a handgun or carrying a concealed weapon or
   17         concealed firearm into a tax collector office;
   18         defining the term “courthouse”;
