1 AN ACT concerning education.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 represented in the General Assembly:

4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing Section

5 28-2 as follows:

6 (105 ILCS 5/28-2) (from Ch. 122, par. 28-2)

7 Sec. 28-2. Approval of bond-Duration. The~~The~~ bond required

8 by Section 28-1 shall be approved by the Attorney General and

9 shall continue in force for 5 years after its filing, at or

10 before the expiration of which period a new bond shall be given

11 or the right to continue business within the State shall be

12 forfeited.
