2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2771 on page 17, by

3 replacing lines 10 through 14 with the following:

4 "(8) Sunset. This subsection (q) is inoperative on and

5 after January 1, 2017 ~~2015~~. No conversations intercepted

6 pursuant to this subsection (q), while operative, shall be

7 inadmissible in a court of law by virtue of the inoperability

8 of this subsection (q) on January 1, 2017 ~~2015~~.".
