2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1758 on page 3, by 
3replacing line 8 with the following:

4"regularly scheduled payment that may be less than, but not 
5more than 5% larger than,"; and 

6on page 13, by replacing line 20 with the following:

7"may be less than, but not more than 5% larger than, the 
8previous scheduled payment".
