2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3792 on page 27, 
3immediately below line 13, by inserting the following:
4 "A State of Illinois High School Diploma is a recognized 
5high school equivalency certificate for purposes of 
6reciprocity with other states. A high school equivalency 
7certificate from another state is equivalent to a State of 
8Illinois High School Diploma.".
