AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3229

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3229, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 26, lines 10 through 13, by replacing "If any part 
5of this Act conflicts with a provision of federal law 
6regarding hemp or industrial hemp, the federal provision shall 
7control to the extent of the conflict." with "If, as of 
8November 13, 2026, any part of this Act conflicts with a 
9provision of federal law regarding hemp or industrial hemp, 
10the federal provision shall control to the extent of the 
11conflict as of November 13, 2026.".
