Amend HB 3137 on third reading as follows:

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in amended Section 229.001(a)(2), Local Government Code, strike "an owner of a firearm" and substitute "a firearm owner who is 21 years of age or older".

(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in amended Section 235.023(2), Local Government Code, strike "an owner of a firearm" and substitute "a firearm owner who is 21 years of age or older".

(3)  In SECTION 3 of the bill, in amended Section 236.002(a)(2), Local Government Code, strike "an owner of a firearm" and substitute "a firearm owner who is 21 years of age or older".
