The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill 5694—H. B. 5694 -- A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §5A-3-64, relating to the Firearms Industry Nondiscrimination Act; establishing a short title; defining terms; prohibiting the state from contracting with companies that discriminate against firearm entities; setting an effective date; providing that contracts that violate new requirements will be void; and providing for rulemaking.
