Delegates Summers and Horst moved to amend the amendment offered by the Committee on the Judiciary on page 4, section 4, line 92, by striking the words “National Rifle Association” and inserting, after the word course, “conducted by a nationally certified training organization authorized to conduct classes”.

And,

On page 4, section 4, line 98, by striking the words “the National Rifle Association” and inserting, “a nationally certified training organization authorized to conduct classes” in lieu thereof.

And,

On page 5, section 4, line 106, by striking the words “NRA or state instructor identification number, if applicable” and inserting “proof of instructor certification” in lieu thereof.

And,

On page 12, section 4a, line 79, by striking the words “National Rifle Association” and inserting, after the word course, “conducted by a nationally certified training organization authorized to conduct classes”.

And,

On page 12, section 4a, line 85, by striking the words “the National Rifle Association” and inserting, “a nationally certified training organization authorized to conduct classes” in lieu thereof.

And,

On page 13, section 4a, line 94, by striking the words “, including, if applicable, the instructor’s NRA instructor certification number”.
